About me

Are you new to yoga and not sure where to start?  

Have you felt confused, uncomfortable or left behind at other yoga classes?

Would you like to use yoga to recover from an injury but don't know how to adapt the poses?

Me too!  I've experienced all of these things in my 20 years of yoga.

I believe there's a yoga practice for everyone, and I want to help you find yours!
